Eras of Public Relations…(chp 2)
In class Monday (2/2/09) we discussed the different eras of public relations ranging from the early beginning all the way to the next fifty years. I began to notice that when it got to the more modern up to date eras most of the information found by my classmates all could have gone under the same category, such as PR is constantly changing becasue of technology, one of the fastest growing fields, and more. The one thing I found the most interesting was how far PR went back. I learned that it had a huge impact on the Boston Tea Party! That to me shows that not only is this field influential, but it doesn’t look like it’s going to die down anytime soon, which is a great thing for me seeing as how I am a PR major!
